Talk to Us – To have a great Spa experience, let us know what you are looking for, as this helps us customize your treatment and ensure that your time spent with us is Memorable.
Personal Belongings – Guests are advised to take care of their personal belongings and valuables. The management will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal property.
Steam and Shower – Kindly be mindful of the time you spend in the Steam and Shower facilities, considering that there may be others waiting to use them. If in doubt please consult the therapist.
Concerns – All aspects of a Therapy can be modified to suit your preference, including the Pressure, Temperature, Room, Aroma, and Oil. Please inform our Spa Team if you have any Special Concerns.
Reservation – Please book your time with us at least 24 hours in advance, to ensure the availability of your preferred slot. You could call us or visit the Spa to make an appointment.
Timely Arrival – Kindly arrive a few minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you are delayed but want to avail of the treatment for the remaining time, please note that you will be charged for the full treatment as the therapies end as scheduled to avoid inconvenience to others. Alternatively, you may reschedule your appointment by giving us at least a two-hour prior notice.
DONT's
Eating – A heavy meal just before availing of Spa Therapy is not recommended. We suggest that you have your meal at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled Therapy.
Alcohol – It is recommended that you do not consume alcohol on the day of your therapy as it inhibits the absorption of Essential Oils by the body.
Cell Phones – To preserve the Tranquility and Serenity of the Spa Environment, we request you to switch off your cell phones or keep them in silent mode when you enter the Spa.
No Show Policy – If you consistently do not keep your appointments and don’t cancel them in accordance with our policies, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Customer Code of Conduct – We expect our Guests to treat our Therapists with Dignity and Respect and Refrain from making any Advances, Verbal or Physical, that are of an Inappropriate Nature. Such behavior is UNACCEPTABLE and shall not be TOLERATED.
